Free consultation. We represent people in both Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) cases. There is no charge to the client unless we get you back benefits.

We assist people getting out from under debt by representing Bankruptcy clients in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Act. Free consultations for debt relief issues.

We make sure a corporation has to prove that you owe money before they can get into your bank account or try to sell your belongings. Attorney Burke has worked for over 20 years defending people against credit card companies and debt collectors.

Preparing wills and handling Estates. We work with clients in assuring that their final wishes are carried out. We do this by preparing a will or administering Estates after a loved one has passed away.
